More people are connecting online everyday, sharing information, including job leads. Employers and recruiters have found an even more productive way to locate and identify uniquely qualified employees.
Additionally, with many older job seekers returning to work, this is a great way to demonstrate that being mature does not mean you are out of touch with the latest. And, as competition surmounts in this job market, you want to outdistance others by leveraging on all the tools available to you (especially online tools).
